I have known and worked professionally with Andre Wegryn, owner of Renovations with Panache (RWP), for the past 5 years. RWP completed an extensive renovation of my master bathroom to my complete satisfaction. RWP is currently completing a “gut” renovation of my condominium.

Three or four years ago I noticed a van parked on the street and on the side was printed "Renovations With Panache" and a phone number. I wrote down the number because I loved the name. Several months later our building decided that we needed the front doors refinished and I pulled out the number I had written down and miraculously saved. Andrew Wegryn met with me and gave me a written quote which I the presented to the other tenants. After a year of hemming and hawing, we decided to go ahead and get it done. Well, Andrew said he was too busy to do it but he would make a contact for us. Several weeks later he called back and said that his schedule had opened up and that he now had time. We said go ahead. Renovations With Panache did a great job for the quoted price and within the time frame they had promised.

Fast track several years later and Jean and I decided to remodel our kitchen and of course Andrew's name was on our contact list. We contacted several contractors but none of them seemed to be right. We then contacted Andrew and he gave us all the right answers. He would help us with drawings and design, help us pick out all the materials and appliances and act as the general contractor overseeing all the work himself. There are all kinds of terrible horror stories about contractors none of which apply in Andrews case.

He worked closely with us on the design offering excellent suggestions and insights. He gave us a long written quote outlining exactly the steps he was going to take, the price and the time. We accepted his terms and work began. We ended up doing much more than remodel the kitchen so we had to vacate the apartment for several months. Andrew and his crew did a wonderful job, no added expenses and just slightly over the time frame agreed upon. What impressed me most was that there was a MAJOR problem with the floor and Andrew un hesitantly took care of the problem. He was always on the job or very close to it and was easy to reach, always returning phone calls promptly.

As is always true with projects of this size, a few problems cropped up after the move back in and Andrew took care of them with a smile. He loves to make the customer happy and he has made Jean and I very happy. Thank you Andrew!!
